SIGN UP TO OUR PATIENT GROUP

We currently have a number of patients registered with interest in being involved with the group.  We have endeavoured to ensure that these patients cover a cross-section of the practice population including ethnicity, employment status, age, sex and disability. 

The group meet every 8-12 weeks face-to-face with representatives of the Practice to discuss and consult on how to develop the Practice.  Some patients prefer to be contacted only by email which we are happy to accomodate.  The group advise on patient issues, patient survey outcomes, locality changes and how we can meet the needs of patients and practice alike. 

As a Practice we continue to encourage interest through the patient survey, at patient registration, posters and the website.  

 

Getting Involved

If you are interested in joining, please contact the practice or sign up online.  Just let us know if you wish to attend meetings or if you prefer to participate by email only.

We are also happy to liase with patients online, which will hopefully allow us to consult with a wide range of patients.
